Stagnant Pools are a 2-piece band from Bloomington, Indiana comprised of brothers Bryan and Doug Enas.

The Chicago Reader recently described their music as "drone-heavy, slate-gray art-rock that should appeal to fans of Disappears, Joy Division, and Sonic Youth records from back when they were still actually scary."

Their debut LP, Temporary Room, will be released by Polyvinyl Records on August 7th, 2012.
